I purchased lifetime edition and was workjing fine but now I am getting 'Failed to get the video' message. I sent email but never got any answer. I downloaded again and again from members only site http://tubetilla.com/amember/member.php?lang=en but latest version is still not working. I hope they didn't cut me off so I have to purchase again. If that is the case, it's a scam because I purchased lifetime edition
